Returns

• All Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
• Returns must get prior authorization and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Call (252) 504-3355 to get RMA number
• After 14 Days all sales are considered final
• No Returns accepted without RMA Number
• All Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee
• All Returns must be unused, and in original unsoiled box
• Return shipping is paid by the customer
• Due to their delicate nature, electrical parts, internal engine parts, engines, transmissions, transmission parts, cut to length hoses, heat exchangers, coolers, fresh water cooling kits, carburetors, fuel pumps, carburetor kits or fishing lures cannot be returned.

Shortages

• Shortages or missing items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of order
• Please call (252) 504-3355 with your order number if you are missing something or have an issue with your order.

Warranties

• Any items purchased from us for your marine application are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties only
• The manufacturer is the final determiner of a defective item. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace a defective item.
• Please call us if you have a warranty issue. We will do everything that we can to assist you.
• Return shipping of a warranty item is the customers responsibility
• Cutting wires on any electrical item voids the item’s manufacturer’s warranty

Substitutes

• In the event that the item you have ordered is not available or out of stock we will substitute and item of equivalent or higher value to fulfill your order.
